1. Shipping Rates

  • We offer both UPS and USPS shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the carrier, shipping method, and the total weight of your order.
  • Enjoy free standard shipping (2-5 business days) on orders of $39 or more. This offer applies to orders shipped within the continental U.S.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free on Orders $39+): 2-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Rates and delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method at checkout.
  • Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier’s service.

4. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
